REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in supply chain or procurement recruitment within startups.
- Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges and devising innovative solutions.
