Credentialing Investigation Analyst Intern

As a Credentialing Investigation Analyst Intern in Costa Rica, you'll gain hands-on experience in how businesses ensure their clients are credible and follow important rules. You'll work with experienced team members to help review client information, support customer setup, and learn about data privacy and security. Responsibilities include helping the team review all clients to make sure they meet company standards and follow legal guidelines and gathering documents to verify that clients are using services responsibly and legally. You will learn how to explain important rules to clients about how they can use credit information properly, practice using tools like Salesforce to update client records, support team members with special tasks, and work with different departments to help set up new clients and provide support where needed.
