Staff/Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated staff/senior software engineer who can lead large, strategic, and complex projects to develop scalable systems that improve our product analytics capabilities and drive strategic initiatives in the Product and Engineering organization. In this role, you'll be expected to excel in navigating complex, often ambiguous environments, transforming greenfield challenges into building robust, scalable infrastructure that provides deeper insights and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include driving the success of Product Analytics Architecture, building and optimizing data services, identifying data needs, working with the Architecture team, and collaborating with the Enterprise Data Management team. Troubleshooting, debugging, implementing back-end APIs in Node.js, working on our Ember SPA front-end, collaborating with engineers, and mentoring fellow engineers are also crucial.
