Head of Affiliates

Lead and scale our global affiliate marketing program, grow partner-driven acquisition, and drive revenue through high-impact collaborations with influencers, educators, and community leaders. In this strategic role, you’ll own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle—from strategy and onboarding to activation and optimization. You’ll develop performance-focused partnerships across key markets (with priority on the US), build strong partner relationships, and align affiliate efforts with broader marketing and product campaigns. Drive affiliate acquisition through outreach, events, partner platforms and streamline onboarding, enablement, and activation processes. Develop scalable systems for partner engagement tailoring strategies for top affiliates. Implement a robust tracking and analytics system for affiliate performance and optimize based on metrics and performance patterns.
