Cyber Defense Manager

Job Overview:

• Lead Cyber Defense operations across SOC activities, detection engineering, incident response, threat detection, and exposure remediation.
• Oversee alert-triage quality, escalation processes, incident command, and coordinated response activities to ensure rapid threat handling.
• Establish and improve incident response standards, runbooks, playbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Information Security or Cybersecurity with 3+ years in a management role with direct people-management responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience managing SOC operations, leading incident command, and improving MTTD and MTTR.
• Strong expertise in detection logic across SIEM, EDR, and cloud environments, plus knowledge of attack scenarios and threat models.
