Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, grow, and develop a team of security engineers to defend endpoints, SaaS, and infrastructure.
- Own security operations, incident response, and detection tuning with CrowdStrike.
- Partner with AppSec and other teams to advance AI security strategy and build controls.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in detection engineering, security operations, or incident response with team leadership.
- Deep familiarity with adversary TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK) and detection design.
- Hands-on experience with EDR/SIEM platforms and scripting in Python, Ruby, or Go.
