Job Description
We are seeking a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to support and optimize Seesaw’s global paid digital acquisition programs. This role blends digital ad execution, marketing operations, data analysis, and campaign optimization. You’ll manage and optimize Google Ads and paid channels, build supporting automation in Pardot, and ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution in Salesforce. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Demand Generation and regional marketers to drive qualified pipeline from paid programs.
You’ll plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, YouTube) to drive high-quality leads. Manage paid social and retargeting campaigns as needed (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and other programmatic partners). The role also requires building landing pages, forms, and automation programs in Pardot to support paid campaigns and building dashboards and performance reports across Google Ads, Pardot, and Salesforce.
