Seesaw is seeking a Customer Success Specialist Contractor to assist with projects related to our enterprise district customers. Projects can include activities such as outbound calls, email sequences, invoice collecting, Salesforce updating, data reporting and collecting, and other one-off projects from our enterprise customer success team.

This role will oversee end-to-end revenue processes, KPI reporting, and key operational functions that enhance customer experience and fuel growth. As a leader, you will take ownership of how technology supports and integrates with business strategy, driving results and maximizing the value of technology investments.
