Participate in planning by identifying complexities, estimating, planning work, sharing status and raising flags. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in development. The role requires 6+ months of experience in software development, ability to write maintainable code, communication skills, knowledge of testing methodologies, and comfort stepping into new problem spaces.
