Senior Manager, State Government Affairs

As a Senior Manager, State Government Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in Hims & Hers’ public policy initiatives for redefining healthcare. Focused on states in the Northeast region, you will help shape and execute government affairs strategies, build influential relationships with state-level stakeholders, and drive legislative and regulatory outcomes that promote the company’s priorities and allow us to improve healthcare outcomes for our customers. You will work closely with legal, communications, clinical, and operations teams. You will lead public policy efforts in the Northeast region and directly engage and lobby, executive branch officials, legislators, regulators, and other key stakeholders. In addition, you'll identify, monitor, and analyze legislation and regulation in the Northeast region affecting Hims & Hers business priorities, including pharmacy compounding, privacy, AI, and telehealth issues.
