Remote Payroll Specialist / Analyst - LATAM

As a Payroll Specialist / Analyst at Cover Genius, you will be working amongst a rapidly expanding Global Financial Operations team, reporting to the Associate Director, Global Payroll. This role requires a knowledgeable and resourceful team player who will support and assist in the evolution of the day-to-day LatAm Payroll transactions while working cross-functionally across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the End-To-End LatAm Payroll process while ensuring data integrity, fostering strong employee, vendor and internal relationships and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is a driven and reliable person with a strong background in LatAm payroll, exceptional (Spanish) communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and wants to be part of a global insurtech company with the vision to protect all customers of the world’s largest digital companies.
