In this role, you will lead a small, high-performing revenue team and take full ownership of optimizing revenue and profitability across Kasa's expansive portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties. You will leverage your deep expertise in revenue strategy to drive thoughtful and impactful outcomes, collaborating closely with Portfolio leadership to ensure alignment. A key focus of this role will be fostering strong relationships with property partners and driving financial prosperity across the portfolio.
As part of our growing Revenue Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Kasa’s pricing strategies while contributing to growth objectives. The Revenue Management team is responsible for the performance of units across all markets, achieved by listing properties on major OTA platforms and implementing customized sales and advertising plans to boost direct revenue.
The Revenue Management team plays a critical role in these interactions, working closely with property partners, including investors, asset managers, and property managers to foster partnerships and achieve shared success.
