Responsibilities:
- Provides enterprise-wide oversight of AI governance framework and compliance monitoring.
- Develops and maintains AI governance policies and standards to ensure regulatory readiness.

Qualifications:
- Requires 10+ years of leadership experience in technology governance, risk management, or compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Deep experience with AI governance concepts, risk-tiering models, and post-deployment monitoring.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 per year.
