Job Description

We're looking for a PPC Manager to plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, as well as manual), Bing / Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram for lead generation). You will implement, test, and manage bidding strategies and conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. The role involves monitoring campaigns daily to optimize performance, allocate budget effectively, and ensure the best possible lead quality and cost efficiency. You will set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, CallRail, HubSpot, and SharpSpring. Create client-ready reports that highlight key insights, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement. Staying current on new PPC features, algorithm updates, and platform best practices is also important.
