Angi is looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to support our People Ops team. You’ll help us make sure people's data is accurate, accessible, and generates the insight needed to solve business problems. This role will focus on continuously improving people data infrastructure and provide analytical support to the HR team and business leaders.
You will partner with the People Ops team to understand business challenges, translate to requirements, and formulate solutions in a range of formats. You will provide analytical & reporting support across people management disciplines, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee listening & experience.
You will develop and generate reports and dashboards for core HR metrics and support the user enablement of self-service data tools. You'll also play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and used in ways that align with organizational goals.
