Job Description
Customer Success & Adoption:
- Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Lead Health Checks and ensure customer success and solution alignment.
- Identify adoption gaps and create plans for continued success.
Account Expansion & Solutioning:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer goals.
- Guide customers through evaluations and validate new use cases.
Technical Leadership & Project Management:
- Act as the escalation point and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to determine the path to resolution.
