Job Description

Customer Success & Adoption:

  • Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead Health Checks and ensure customer success and solution alignment.
  • Identify adoption gaps and create plans for continued success.

Account Expansion & Solutioning:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer goals.
  • Guide customers through evaluations and validate new use cases.

Technical Leadership & Project Management:

  • Act as the escalation point and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to determine the path to resolution.
