About the Role:
- Build Quince's supply chain planning platform from scratch, designed for multi-vendor, multi-market operations.
- Architect AI-native capabilities including LLM-aided observability and operator interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full model pipeline lifecycle from feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.
- Build operator tooling like dashboards, override workflows, and alerting systems.
- Partner with planning teams to translate business problems into engineering specifications.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with production ML and AI platform expertise.
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 platform ownership and ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and science literacy to collaborate with data scientists.
