Job Description
Business ownership & strategy:
- Act as the business owner for SaaS Manager/Trelica, setting strategy and aligning teams around shared outcomes.
- Define near-term priorities and long-term direction across product and commercial efforts.
- Identify early-stage growth opportunities and bring them to life.
Cross-functional leadership:
- Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Growth, and PMM to build and launch effectively.
- Partner with Enablement, Sales, and CS to operationalize new initiatives.
- Drive clarity, momentum, and accountability without needing formal reporting lines.
Execution & commercial focus:
- Deliver business results, with a focus on Net New ARR and pipeline growth.
- Balance speed and scalability in go-to-market execution.
- Set a high bar for performance across product and commercial efforts.
