Job Description
Manage full set of accounts – Pass journals, prepare schedules and close management accounts of overseas subsidiaries. Check subsidiaries’ financial reports from accounting agents to ensure accuracy. Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, vendor setup and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance of company's policies and procedures. Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth closing of financial audit. Assist with ad-hoc tasks associated with company and group tax, VAT, audit. Ensure compliance to local statutory reporting requirements of overseas entities.
