Role Responsibilities:
- Coach learners 1:1 on remote job search, freelance platforms, and interview preparation in English and Somali.
- Track learner progress, log notes, and update job search and placement status monthly.
Who You Are:
- Professional working proficiency in Somali and English, plus 2+ years in career development or coaching.
- Experience guiding adult learners remotely and familiarity with international hiring.
Compensation & Commitment:
- This role is remote anywhere, with coaching during East Africa Time hours; compensation is location-specific.
