Career Success Coach (US/Canada)

About the role:

• The Career Success Coach supports a cohort of ~50 learners in a data training program.
• Works collaboratively with TAs and program operations staff.
• Contract runs from one week before program start to end date.

Responsibilities:

• Offer 4-6 hours of 1:1 coaching office hours per week.
• Provide weekly asynchronous updates and attend bi-weekly pod meetings.
• Deliver standardized feedback on resume and LinkedIn profile exercises.

Who you are:

• Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in career development or coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, empathetic and proactive.
• Comfortable with remote tools like Google Workspace and Slack.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate for in-program time plus a placement bonus.
