- The Coaching & Leadership Development Specialist supports the design, delivery and embedding of coaching and leadership development activity across HAAS.
- The role works closely with the Leadership Development Lead to support the iLEAD programme and build coaching capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver coaching sessions, group coaching, and reflective practice for identified cohorts.
- Develop practical coaching tools, templates, and resources for managers and leaders.
- Facilitate action learning sets and peer learning groups to embed learning into practice.
Qualifications:
- Experience delivering coaching, mentoring, learning or development support.
- CIPD Level 5 or ILM Level 5 qualification in coaching, mentoring, or L&D.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and active listening skills.
Additional Information:
- The role is remote with occasional travel to office locations.
