Job Description
Oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. Responsibilities include meeting with software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters and leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures and frameworks. You will also be implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. The role involves troubleshooting quality issues, modifying test procedures, and conducting analysis checks on product specifications, as well as reviewing QA reports and highlighting problem areas. Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market and responding to requests from the design team and management are also part of the responsibilities. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, previous experience as a QA Engineer, advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases, Managerial experience preferred.
