Sophia Academic Instructor (Intro to Business)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality academic coaching, mentoring, and instructional support to students in the area of Intro to Business.
• Develop written and video-based learning resources designed to address common areas of student difficulty.
• Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and create targeted improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline, professional certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching adult learners or nontraditional college students.
• Strong knowledge of Intro to Business concepts and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
