Job Description
Collect and analyze data from Business Process Hierarchy (BPH) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) artifacts, activities, and outputs. Track and identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow improvements across all workstreams. Support the development of phased transformation roadmaps, particularly during later stages of the period of performance. Coordinate Section 508 compliance tracking. Collaborate deliverable preparation, submission, and review. Assess opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes. Develop concise, actionable reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders. Facilitate working sessions and meetings to gather input, review findings, and confirm next steps.
