Accounting Generalist

The Accounting Generalist Contractor plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient accounting operations. This position supports month-end close, assists with audits and compliance, and contributes to process improvements across multiple entities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Accounting Generalist helps maintain financial integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency. Assist in month-end closing duties across all entities, including bank reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, prepaid amortization, debt and interest accruals, revenue accruals, intercompany accounts reconciliation review. Review and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages. Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance audits. Support month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
