- Drive fund formation with external counsel: vehicle selection, LPA and side letters, GP setup, and regulatory perimeter.
- Own the LPA from an operator's seat: terms, economics, governance mechanics, and translate into operational reality.
Service Provider Stack:
- Select and manage the provider stack: fund administrator, auditor, tax advisors, banking/custody, and compliance vendors.
- Own provider economics: negotiate scopes and fees; keep operating cost model lean and LP-defensible.
Fund Operations:
- Run core machinery: capital calls, distributions, LP onboarding, KYC/AML, expense management, and cash movement controls.
- Own valuation and NAV: valuation policy, NAV oversight, and credit-fund specifics like borrowing-base mechanics.
LP Reporting and Diligence Readiness:
- Build the reporting stack: quarterly reports (ILPA-aligned), capital account statements, and LP communications infrastructure.
- Keep the fund diligence-ready: DDQ responses, operational due-diligence readiness, and data room sections before LPs ask.
