Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational infrastructure of our fund administration business, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback and improve retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions and implement risk management protocols.

What You Have:

• 10+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services or fund administration.
• Proven track record of scaling fund operations in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures and regulatory requirements.
