- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Operations Specialists through intentional career development.
- Build durable operational frameworks to manage product partnerships across Banking and Expansion.
- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to focus on high-impact work.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience leading operational programs in fintech or regulated environments.
- 3+ years of experience developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on documentation.
