You’ll play a key role by:
- Delivering operational excellence through product thinking, working with product managers, engineers and designers.
- Sharing customer feedback and pain points with the Product Team, and helping shape what we build next.
- Owning key performance and risk indicators to improve customer experience and operational performance.
