About the Role:
- Lead and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the Customer Support Manager and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence in a fully remote, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operational processes, workflows, and internal controls.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships, support budgeting, and coordinate strategic projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or project management.
- Experience in technology-based companies required; fintech or crypto strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
