Supports and maintains Epic applications and other related technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization, impacting operational end-users and informational technology areas. Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures. Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support. Escalates issues appropriately to application team members. Assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts. Codes for Epic application including building application tables and reports. Assists with updating testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations. Builds requirements for configuration and business process changes. Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects in order to support meeting milestones and timeframes. Performs standard system testing both unit and integrated. Organizes requirement specifications, using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making.
