Patient Engagement Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reporting on scheduled visits and show rates, segmented by provider, appointment type, patient demographics, and geography.
• Establish consistent definitions for show, no-show, cancellation, and ensure they are applied consistently.
• Analyze appointment, outreach, and attendance data to identify contributing factors in missed visits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytics role with advanced SQL skills.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare analytics experience, including provider, payer, or digital health settings.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with A/B testing.
• Familiarity with EHR or practice management data structures.

Work Environment:

• This is a remote U.S.-based position requiring reliable internet and a private workspace.
• Must have a Windows or macOS computer with minimum specs, wired headphones, and webcam.
• You will work from home and may be on camera at any time.
