Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the testing roadmap for outreach and engagement techniques.
- Design controlled experiments with proper randomization, sample sizing, and power analysis.
- Analyze test results and apply causal inference methods to determine what works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of experience in marketing science or experimentation.
- Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with experimental design, causal inference, and working with large operational datasets.
