What We're Looking For:
- We need step-change growth and you'll be on the forefront of testing new ideas to unlock and accelerate new member acquisition.
- Use innovative methods, AI tools, and new market tactics to accelerate testing and evaluation.
Who We're Looking For:
- AI-native and always experimenting, staying ahead of the latest tools and platforms.
- Comfortable innovating across channels, making paid channels work in new ways through content, delivery, and placements.
- A fast, test-and-learn operator who measures success criteria and ties results to downstream conversion, taking ownership end to end.
Details:
- Ongoing independent contractor role reporting to the Head of Marketing, with monthly scope reviews.
- Estimated 60-100 hours per month with a rate of $100-$130 per hour, and you set your own schedule.
