Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, integrate, validate, troubleshoot, and document Kong or comparable enterprise API gateway capabilities.
- Support developer portal configuration, API catalog, and self-service onboarding.
- Integrate gateway capabilities with identity, network, monitoring, and observability processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5+ years of experience with enterprise API gateway implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Kong, Kong Gateway Enterprise, or comparable products.
- Strong written communication skills for surge documentation and knowledge transfer.
