- Monitor and support 24x7 production operations for enterprise API gateway environments, including the current IBM webMethods baseline and hybrid on-prem/cloud components.
- Triage incidents and service requests, assess operational impact, assign severity, and coordinate timely response through approved ticketing processes.
- Support restoration of gateway services by troubleshooting availability, routing, connectivity, latency, and configuration issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years supporting production operations or API platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow, monitoring tools like AppDynamics or ELK, and enterprise API gateway products such as IBM webMethods, Kong, or Apigee.
- Strong written communication skills for incident documentation, RCA materials, and operational reporting.
