About the Role:
- Provides strategic leadership for math professional learning and coaching programs.
- Aligns program strategy, instructional quality, and partnerships across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a programmatic vision with a focus on math content and instructional excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and support partner contracts and business development.
- Model coaching and facilitation while building team capacity.
Qualifications:
- Ten-plus years in PK-12 education with deep math standards expertise.
- Five-plus years leading programs and managing senior teams.
- Experience implementing Math HQIM curricula and designing professional learning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full salary range $125,000 - $189,074 annually.
