Job Description
This role will manage the sourcing, logistics, and procurement of large-scale mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and data center infrastructure equipment for complex, multi-billion-dollar projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supplier management, contract administration, and technical knowledge of OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) equipment. Data center experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include managing procurement and supply chain, administering contracts, preparing procurement plans, reviewing Single Source Justifications, acting as an OFCI buyer/expeditor, developing negotiation strategies, managing RFx processes, processing change orders, implementing contract process controls, producing reports, conducting price analysis, advising on procurement strategies, tracking delivery schedules, and identifying supply chain risks.
Qualifications include construction experience, 5–10 years of experience in procurement and contract administration, understanding of contract requirements, technical knowledge of OFCI equipment, experience with equipment buying, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
