Job Description

Are you someone who thrives on finding solutions and keeping things well-organized while at the same time focusing on the “human” factor? Join our office in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Cologne or fully remote in part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) and act as a pacesetter, organizer, and communicator, playing a decisive role in the success of our international work. Provide competent administrative support to the Head of HR Business Partner International (as well as the HRBPs in the respective countries). Create presentations, statistics, analyses, and decision templates in German and English. Managing contract documentation and coordinating internal workflows. Working closely with the HR team to ensure HR processes and knowledge management. Supporting the annual calibration process and salary & bonus rounds. Responsible for projects in the international HR environment, including transformation support, organizational development, strategic talent management and the introduction of new tools. Assisting with the organization & preparation of events and coordinating appointments, including preparation and follow-up. Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including all upstream and downstream processes.
