About the Role:
- We're hiring a Software Engineering Lead to set technical direction for a new generation of AI-powered products.
- You'll lead a team building conversational interfaces, autonomous research agents, and data tools.
- You'll partner with political researchers, data scientists, and product stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the team through early prototypes to production, owning architecture and quality.
- Stay hands-on with code, reviews, and the hardest technical problems.
- Plan work across the cycle so systems are ready before peak pressure.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a tech lead.
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs and strong product instincts.
- Energized by ambiguous problems and motivated by progressive causes.
