Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) you will be responsible for processing the leads and supporting customers in the market South Eastern Europe. Your tasks include administrative activities as well as direct contact with customers in Serbian and/or Croatian language. This position offers the possibility to spend a large part of the working time in the home office. Once a month we meet for Teamday in the office. You will check incoming inquiries from interested customers regarding their potential. You generate leads , qualify them and process them further. You will also answer questions from interested parties, proactively support the support of new customers and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities. In the event of late payment, you will contact customers as part of the dunning stage telephony. Customer retention is also one of your tasks.
