As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for processing leads and supporting customers in the South Eastern Europe market. Your tasks include administrative activities as well as direct contact with customers in Serbian and/or Croatian. You will check incoming inquiries from interested customers regarding their potential. You generate leads, qualify them and process them further. You answer questions from interested parties and proactively support the support of new customers and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
