Partner with platform engineers to define requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
Incorporate infrastructure capabilities and customer needs into actionable specifications for OCR pipelines, chunking, indexing, and embedding.

Feature Enablement:

Own adoption and migration strategy for platform functionality through influence and consensus-building.
Collaborate with peer PMs to ensure platform capabilities support product requirements.

Data-Driven Optimization & Metrics:

Monitor and optimize performance, latency, cost-to-serve, and core engineering metrics.
Track AI platform outcomes including data extraction accuracy, ingestion throughput, and search precision.
