Enteral Technician - Infusion Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform insurance eligibility checks and manage documentation compliance for patient charts.
• Coordinate the dispensing of enteral formulas and supplies while actively managing patient inventories.
• Monitor insurance authorizations and physician orders to ensure continuity of patient care.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical training in Pharmacy or Dietetics is preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience in a home care or hospital setting, with at least 1 year specific to enteral nutrition.
• Valid driver's license, effective mathematical and communication skills, and knowledge of enteral feeding terminology.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, performed remotely.
• Requires constant sitting and typing, with occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of 10-30 lbs.
• Must work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
