Epic MyChart Analyst

This position is for an Epic MyChart Analyst, a key contributor to the Community Connect program, providing support for Seattle Children's Hospital and its primary care clinics. Responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Epic MyChart application to enhance patient access to health records, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, bill payment, branding, and other self-service features for our pediatric primary care and specialty partners. The role demands strong customer-facing acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box. The ideal candidate will have experience with some specialty build and a strong understanding of how to support patient engagement within the Community Connect model.
