Lead a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, providing mentorship and driving a high-performance culture. Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for data-focused products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver aligned, high-impact initiatives.
