Role Overview:
- Architect and lead Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX integrations for enterprise CRM transformation.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation including HLD and LLD for Omni-Channel and Contact Center solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless enterprise integration.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, platform, and Service Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage integration.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Open CTI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Genesys Cloud CX Certification and MuleSoft certification.
- Experience with enterprise DevOps and integration tools.
