Compliance Program Manager

The Compliance Program Manager will lead large-scale, multi-jurisdictional compliance initiatives that enable our cleantech business to operate seamlessly across diverse regulatory landscapes. This person will own end-to-end compliance programs, partnering closely with business teams to ensure regulatory adherence while supporting our rapidly expanding operations. Responsibilities include multi-state regulatory compliance, compliance program development & management, cross-functional collaboration & training, and strategic analysis & reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of compliance experience, preferably in regulated industries or multi-state operations. They will also have demonstrated success managing large-scale compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions and strong analytical and organizational skills.
