Job Description

Lead the evolution of our OKR process, helping teams and leaders to set meaningful goals, connect outcomes to strategy, and guide accountability. Be a coach and sounding board for leaders and teams across the business refining their goal-setting practices. Design mechanisms, guidance, and feedback loops to improve the clarity and consistency of OKRs across teams. Collaboratively coach leaders and teams on the Product Operating Model, with an emphasis on decision-making, strategy formation, and empowered teams. Coordinate core operating rhythms across the product portfolio (e.g., business reviews, planning cadences, exec forums). Further operationalize portfolio-level communications that grow engagement, understanding, and transparency. Support visibility and coordination by managing the connective tissue between strategy, planning, and execution.
